Being is the worst enemy of Self-Healing
When it comes to self-healing, self is often the worst enemy.
Auto-healing is healing holistically. Healing is a process by which health is restored in the most natural way without the use of conventional medicine, especially drug use dangerus, throughout the healing process. The body has a built-in mechanism of natural resources to enable self-healing nature of any illness or disease. But this process healing has to be "all" not just "parts of a whole." Interestingly, in India, yoga is considered a science - the "last resource for all the ills of existential life. "The reason is that for thousands of years, Eastern culture has found yoga as a total personality therapy. In other words, to cure a human disease, has to address not only physical but also mental, moral, intellectual, and spiritual aspects as well - In other words, the "all" yes.
But the self is often the obstacle to self-healing, in fact, the self is often the worst enemy of self-healing. Ironically, many of us may want to be cured. Some of us may be psychosomatic, "think" we are sick, and thought can make it "real" - as a self-fulfilling prophecy, and some of us even use our "disease" to seek and seek care and care for others, especially our loved ones. Therefore, having the intention to heal is the first criterion for self-healing. Must have a deep desire to be healed, without which the healing will never happen. In addition, the self-healing journey can be long and difficult. As a result, many people prefer to trust their doctors and dangerous drugs instead their own bodies. But nobody - not even your doctor - know your body better than you, like Hippocrates, the father of medicine, once said: "No Man is a better doctor than he, who knows his own constitution. "Therefore, for self-healing to take place, you must know your own body - what you need, and how it reacts to different conditions. If you answer only to their doctors and their dangerous drugs that have abandoned all possibility of self-healing. In other words, you have lost your birthright of natural healing.
Self-healing is a natural and slow process that can not be rushed. Hippocrates, the father of medicine, also said: "Health is a matter of time, but it is. also a question of opportunity" Give your body a chance to heal itself itself, instead of using dangerous drugs to eliminate the symptoms right away - which often interferes with self-healing mechanism in your body. Unfortunately, many of us have the mentality of quick fix, and taking dangerous drugs appears to be a natural evolution for them. A drug may eliminate symptoms, but inhibits the natural self-healing process of the body.
Fear and self-doubt in the car may also prevent self-healing. We fear the unknown or the result of the self-healing, fear of leaving the comfort zone, and we doubt our own capacity for self-healing.
In closing, self-healing starts with the mind. It is always mind over matter. Using the mind to overcome the self in order to embark on a journey of self-healing --- as the famous Chinese philosopher said, "A journey of a thousand miles begins with the first STEL. "Taking the first step and can heal without dangerous drugs.
