Need help for dull , acne and rough skin by home remedies?
hi, i'm a south indian girl. I'm going to meet my lover after 3 yrs. i'm fair in nature. but past 6 months , i lost my fair skin and bounce hair. now i'm looking very dull. I have lot of acne and acne marks on my shoulder, chest and back. my whole body and face were lost the complexion and rough . i'm also having lot of pores , marks and whiteheads in my face. my hair also very thin now.
plz, anybody help me to improve my complexion and fade off the skin problem. and also volumize my hair through homemade .
next month we planned to meet.
so, plz help me. its very urgent...
note: i want homemade body pack, hair pack and face pack and also moisturising lotion for body and face.
Wash your face with water at least 6 times a day & wipe it gently with towel.Have 50 ml Raw milk( Unboiled) Add 1 pinch salt & 5ml Lemon juice to it , use this solution as cleanser to the face skin
twice a day.
Have Cucumber juice (KHEERA) + Mint juice (PUDEENA) + Lemon juice + Rose water in equal quantity , Apply it over effected area at bed time & rinse off in the morning .
Apply orange juice to your face once a day & after drying wash your face.
Do not take much oily or much spicy food or fast food, avoid taking pickles / IMLI /Amchur / tartaric acid during period days.
Apply aloevera pulp over your face by rubbing it for 5 minutes on alternate days.Drink green Anwala juice half cup daily till its availability.Do not take non veg preparations for 1 month.Add green leafy vegetables & seasonal fruits to your diet .Have curd & milk in your diet menu.
Papaya & guava be taken daily after meal to restrict constipation.
if you observe the advises for 1 month , you will be able to get rid of acne & pimples.
