my face is really dry..?

It is really dry, and I can see flakes. Ive been using my face moisturizer(neutrogena senstive skin lotion), pond dry skin lotion and loreal revitalift lotion my mom suggested, different ones different days but after several minutes of putting it on it gets dry again so I keep putting it on over and over again.

I dont do anything else to my face but wash it in the morning, and wash, tone and moisturizerize before bed. My face has never been this super dry before. Any suggestions on what I should I do?

At the moment Im using Neutrogena acne stress power cream wash and the triple action toner.

I have been dealing with this problem for a couple of years now and I have tried tons of different things. Different things work for different people because everyone's skin is a little different, so you might have to try a few things before you find something that will do the trick. That being said, the things that have worked for me are:
Stop using acne fighting cleansers (at least for a short time) because they dry out your skin and they will counteract any moisturizers you are using. Try using a moisturizing cleanser or cold cream. Ponds cold cream is an excellent way to get your skin clean while keeping it moisturized- trust me, it really does get your skin clean of makeup and all.
Then make sure you get a really good moisturizer. Night moisturizers are more intensive. Sometimes I use them during the day too if I am having really bad dry skin days. The best every day moisturizer I have found is neutrogena intensified day moisture. It keeps the skin well hydrated and prevents flakiness.
Once you get the skin hydrated, make sure to exfoliate about once a week to get rid of the flakes and dead skin.
