is a licensed professional Massage Therapist and Reiki Master who enjoys life in a state of ease and peace while assisting others to achieve their own aspects of well-being through body and energy work. She owns and operates Body & Soul Health Solutions in Portland ME where she offers a variety of therapeutic massage treatments, Reiki treatments, and Reiki Training classes. Through Body and Soul Health Solutions Elizabeth also offers on-site Chair Massage and is available for speaking engagements to educate the public on the benefits of Reiki and Massage Therapy. She is a 2006 graduate of the New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts, has been practicing Reiki since 2005, and achieved her Independent Reiki Master Certificate in February of 2006. She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and is Nationally Certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.

Prior to her life as a Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner, Elizabeth attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and worked in the corporate world. She is married and has two grown sons. Aside from giving and receiving massage and Reiki, she enjoys writing, doing yoga, playing golf, walking, reading, knitting, playing cards and enjoying the company of her beloved husband and friends.
